NBC renews Chicago Fire for a 2nd season / Chicago Fire erhält eine zweite Staffel

Am 26. April 2013 war es soweit, dass die Fans der Serie Chicago Fire erlöst wurden.

Der Sender NBC gab offiziell bekannt, dass es eine zweite Staffel mit 22 Folgen geben wird, die ab Herbst 2013 ausgestrahlt wird.

Wir gratulieren dem gesamten Cast und der Crew, die uns in bisher 20 Episoden in den Bann gezogen haben.

Great news for TV fans this week! Chicago Fire has been tapped to return this fall with full, 22-episode seasons.

"Revolution" and "Chicago Fire" were NBC's two freshman drama standouts this year.

"On the verge of our 2013 fall scheduling decisions, we're pleased to renew five drama series that will be important to our new season line-up," says NBC President of Entertainment, Jennifer Salke. "We're proud and very appreciative of all of the actors, producers, writers and directors who work so hard to deliver such high-quality work week in and week out. These complex shows represent a broad range of genres and tones, and all of them stand out for us in a television landscape now filled with one-hour series."

Ausstrahlung am 24.04.2013: Durch falsche Vorwürfe steckt Severidein der Klemme, als Voight zurückkehrt – Treat Williams mit Gastauftritt – Severide (Taylor Kinney), der der sexuellen Verfehlung bei einer ehemaligen Rettungssanitäterin beschuldigt wird, sieht sich möglicherweise fatalen Folgen gegenüber und kämpft innerhalb des Chicago Fire Bereichs und des Rechtssystems ums Überleben. Detective Voight (Gaststar Jason Beghe) kehrt mit der Absicht zurück, den Gefallen einzufordern, den Dawson (Monica Raymund) ihm für die Hilfe für ihren Bruder Antonio (Gaststar Jon Seda) schuldet. Casey fällt im privaten Bereich wieder in alte Muster zurück, während Dawson, Herrmann (David Eigenberg) und Otis (Yuri Sadarov) die stolzen Besitzer einer wahren Nachbarschafts-Bar werden, indem sie das Molly’s auf die große Eröffnung vorbereiten. Auch Lauren German, Charlie Barnett und Eamonn Walker sind dabei.

Detective Voight (guest star Jason Beghe) returns, looking to collect on the favor that Dawson (Monica Raymund) owes him for helping her brother, Antonio (guest star Jon Seda). Casey (Jesse Spencer) falls back into old patterns in his personal life, while Dawson, Herrmann (David Eigenberg) and Otis (Yuri Sadarov) become the proud owners of a real neighborhood bar as Molly’s prepares for its grand opening.
